  • "Services," we are referring to our Website, and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or events, but excluding the processing of data concerning health (ePHI).

How long we keep your personal data

Most personal data collected on this website will be kept for no longer than 1 year.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as the sharing of data with authorities related to abuse of this website).

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information under the California Consumer Protection Act (the “CCPA”).The CCPA permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age and reside in California, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you shared with us or was captured by us during your use of this website. To request removal of such data, please contact us at privacy@founda.com,  and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Website, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).
