After years of successful partnership on radiology exchange, St. Antonius has expanded its integration with Founda to include three cardiology modalities:
- Heart Echo Ultrasound (ISCV)
- ECG (ELILINK)
- Cath Lab / Coronary Angiography (CAG)

This extension builds on our earlier implementations and marks another big step forward in creating a unified, cross-specialty approach to data availability.
Images are now available using the same secure, standards-based workflow (ORU-triggered C-FIND + Image Availability Notification) as for radiology – enabling:- Faster referrals across regional networks (e.g. UMC Utrecht, Amsterdam UMC)
- Improved care coordination across departments and hospitals
- Reduced burden on IT teams through a single, scalable infrastructure
